“I had the pleasure of managing Will at Bazaarvoice for over four years. He was the first new hire I made into my team as I set about reestablishing a project delivery capability within the APAC region. Will played an integral part in the success of the APAC team during my tenure. His unique ability to distill and communicate technically complex topics to stakeholders of any skill level so they were clearly understood by both internal and external stakeholders was a significant contributor to why Will continued to overachieve during my time as his manager. Always willing to step outside of his role, Will often led projects solely acting as both the Technical Consultant and the Engagement Manager and was more than capable of handling both roles. This reflected in the CSAT feedback received, continually achieving scores higher than his counterparts in other regions. Will was always been happy to play the role of mentor to others in the team, having supported multiple team members in their onboarding and ramp up around anything technical which was critical for our success working as a satellite office that doesn't have the same access to people and knowledge as our overseas counterparts. It makes me happy to see that since leaving Bazaarvoice he has been promoted to an Engagement Manager. This promotion is well deserved and I have absolute confidence he will have no issues in making the role his own. I have no hesitation in recommending Will for any future roles he chooses to pursue in his future and would be happy to talk further with anyone who wants to understand more. ”
